Formación

• Bachelor/master’s degree in Logistics or equivalent required.
• 2+ years experience in working on advanced Excel.
• Proficiency in English, additional languages valued.

Responsabilidades

• Handle transport exceptions and audit carriers for Proof of Delivery.
• Execute daily transport operations and participate in LSP/Carrier meetings.
• Manage FB&A with carriers and follow-up KPI’s.

Transport Specialist

Reporting to the Transport Coordinator, the main purpose for this position will be:

• Handle transport exceptions with the aid of a Ticketing Tool (JIRA).
• Audit carriers/LSP’s for the Proof of Delivery (Track & Tracing).
• Participate in LSP’s meetings to review performance.

About the role

• Execute daily transport operations via TMS.
• Perform service tasks.
• Manage and control FB&A with carriers.
• Handling transport exceptions via ticketing system.
• Follow-up KPI’s.
• Audit carriers for Proof of Delivery (e-PoD / PoD).
• Participate in LSP/Carrier meetings.
• Reporting to the Transport Coordinator.

About You

• Bachelor/master’s degree in Logistics or equivalent.
• Good knowledge: TMS systems – Ticketing systems (JIRA).
• Good to have: Team spirit.
• 2+ years experience in working on advanced Excel.
• Good knowledge about transport operations.
• Good knowledge about carrier customer support service.
• Being entrepreneurial thinking.
• Proficiency in English language, other languages will be valued.
