T-Systems is seeking a Transformation Project Manager to lead major digital transformation initiatives across public and private sectors in Catalonia, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring value delivery.

You will define scope, manage risks, and drive high-quality results, fostering strong client relationships and continuous improvement. The role offers a hybrid work model with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree in a technical field and 6+ years of experience
• Experience leading complex digital transformation projects
• Strong knowledge of agile and traditional project management
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Catalan and Spanish proficiency required

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, execution and closing of digital transformation projects from start to finish
• Define scope, objectives, planning, deliverables and success criteria with client and stakeholders
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources and governance compliance
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across functional and technical profiles
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies and incidents with contingency plans
• Monitor progress with dashboards and status meetings; report to stakeholders
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction
• Promote decision making and propose strategies to achieve project goals
• Ensure quality standards and adherence to policies
• Drive continuous improvement through PM methodologies and best practices
• Contribute to technical proposals, offers, and RFP/RFI where needed
