Job summary

T-Systems is seeking a Transformation Project Manager to lead strategic digital transformation projects for public clients in Catalonia, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver valuable business technology solutions and improve public services.

You will drive project planning, governance, risk management and stakeholder alignment while ensuring high standards of quality and timely delivery in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 6 years as Project Manager for complex technology transformations.
• Experience in software development projects and modernizing information systems.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and traditional PMBOK, PRINCE2.
• High level of Catalan and Spanish (oral, written).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and closing of digital transformation projects from start to finish.
• Define scope, objectives, planning, deliverables and success criteria with client and stakeholders.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources and governance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across functional, technical and business profiles.
• Identify, assess, mitigate risks and incidents; implement contingency plans.
• Monitor project progress with indicators, reports and governance meetings; communicate clearly.
