The Role

As a Transformation Management Office leader, you will be the catalyst for enterprise transformation. Your mission is to coordinate cross-functional programs, establish robust governance frameworks, and ensure strategic initiatives are executed effectively, on time, and within budget. This role demands a global vision, strong analytical capabilities, and exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain governance structures for strategic programs.
  • Oversee planning, tracking, and control of complex projects, ensuring scope, cost, and schedule compliance.
  • Manage critical risks and dependencies, proposing mitigation plans.
  • Lead organizational change management, driving adoption of new practices and technologies.
  • Act as the liaison between technical teams, business units, and executive leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Promote continuous improvement through metrics, KPIs, and value delivery analysis.
Preferred Experience
  • Advanced knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.).
  • Experience in digital transformation and agile methodologies.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for executive environments.

Your Future in the Organization
