Swiss Re's Group Internal Audit (GIA) seeks an Audit Manager - Operations & Change to lead high-impact audits across transformation initiatives. Hybrid model, working with HR, Legal, Compliance and Communications, the role partners with senior stakeholders to strengthen risk controls and the firm’s resilience.

You bring 10+ years of internal audit or related experience, deep methodology knowledge, and a track record in transformation.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in internal audit, assurance, or a closely related function with expertise in operations, compliance, and risk controls.
• Strong audit methodology knowledge including risk-based planning, testing design, and QA practices.
• Proven track record in transformation and change, as an auditor or manager overseeing transformational projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead high-quality audits by guiding teams on standards, methodologies, and testing approaches.
• Drive risk assessments for annual planning and ongoing evaluations to align audit effort with risks.
• Manage and nurture stakeholder relationships with senior leaders and function heads.
• Oversee issue follow-up to ensure timely remediation of findings.
• Contribute strategic expertise to the Group Internal Audit plan to reflect evolving risk landscape.
• Coach and inspire audit team members to foster curiosity, accountability, and improvement.
• Support talent development through recruitment efforts and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with internal and external experts on complex challenges with risk-focused thinking.
