Swiss Re is seeking an Audit Manager - Operations & Change within Group Internal Audit in Madrid. You will lead audits spanning HR, Legal, Compliance, and Communications, shaping audits with real group-wide impact and partnering with senior stakeholders.

The role demands 10+ years in internal audit, strong methodology, and a track record in transformation. You will mentor teams, drive risk assessments, and contribute to the audit plan in a hybrid work model.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in internal audit, assurance, or a closely related function, with demonstrable expertise in operations, compliance, and risk controls.
• Strong audit methodology knowledge, including risk-based planning, testing design, and quality assurance practices.
• Proven track record in transformation and change, either as an auditor or manager overseeing transformational processes and projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead high-quality audits by guiding teams on standards, methodologies, and testing approaches.
• Drive risk assessments for annual planning cycles and ongoing evaluations.
• Manage and nurture stakeholder relationships with senior leaders and function heads.
• Oversee issue follow-up to ensure timely remediation.
• Contribute strategic expertise to the GIA audit plan reflecting evolving risk landscape.
• Coach and inspire audit team members and foster continuous improvement.
• Support recruitment efforts and provide performance feedback.
• Collaborate with internal and external experts on complex challenges.
