Ryanair Engineering, delivered by SIAM, Seville, Spain, is seeking a Trainee Workshop Mechanic for a 12-week training programme open to all. The programme develops skills and offers a path to a permanent role as a Junior Workshop Mechanic under supervision.

The 12-week training program prepares you to perform maintenance tasks, complete documentation, and follow MOE. Successful trainees may advance within Ryanair Engineering in a growing, safety-focused team.

Formación

• Unrestricted right to live and work in Europe and travel freely throughout Europe.
• A strong aptitude for manual work.
• A keen interest in a career within aircraft maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of English (Level B1 minimum) and a secondary school diploma, equivalent or higher.
• Ability to pass a full security background check.
• Be 18 years or older.

Responsabilidades

• Carrying out maintenance tasks as required.
• Maintain a high standard of work in all tasks.
• Complete the appropriate documentation.
• Comply with all company procedures, policies, regulations and MOE.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Ensure the company Health and Safety policy is adhered to.
• Any other tasks as directed by Supervisor / Manager.

Ryanair Engineering, delivered by SIAM, is one of the European facilities that form part of the Ryanair Heavy Maintenance Engineering Group. At our facility in Seville, Spain, our team performs extensive base maintenance checks on Ryanair’s fleet of Boeing 737-800 and 737-8200 aircraft. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and operational performance.

As part of our ongoing growth plans, we are seeking to recruit Trainee Workshop Mechanic for our 12-weeks training programme, which is open to all. The programme provides candidates with the opportunity to develop their skills and pursue a career as a Workshop Mechanic.

The 12-weeks training program aims to provide the trainee with the necessary skills and knowledge. Once the trainee has successfully completed and passed the course, he/she can continue in the company as a Junior Workshop Mechanic developing the following tasks under supervision.
