Job summary

DOM Magazine is seeking a Trimmer to join our aviation maintenance team based at Madrid Airport, Spain. You will work closely with Ryanair on cabin trim tasks, including PACE enhancements and interior rectifications.

Ideal candidates are entry-level or with cabin experience, versatile for day or night shifts, and possess a full driving license. You will support other engineering groups and ensure accurate daily reporting to the Aircraft Appearance Department.

Qualifications

  • Experience in cabin trim or aircraft maintenance is an advantage.
  • Willing to work day and/or night shifts.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Must hold a full driving license.
  • Able to meet deadlines and work to timelines.
  • All applicants must have unrestricted right to work in Spain.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out passenger cabin enhancement tasks and exterior/ interior rectifications as requested.
  • Rectify interior defects on aircraft and report progress daily.
  • Address special requests from Aircraft Appearance Department and log updates.
  • Assist other Engineering groups as needed.
  • Monitor stock levels of materials required for duties.
  • Ensure proper reporting procedures and daily reports to Aircraft Appearance Department.

JC Maintenance is currently recruiting for a Trimmer to be based in Madrid Airport, Spain. The successful candidate will be working in cooperation with our client airline Ryanair.Ryanair is Europe’s favourite airline, carrying 160m p.a. on more than 3.000 daily flights from 85 bases, connecting over 225 destinations in 33 countries on a fleet of over 520 modern Boeing 737NG , Boeing 737-8200 Game Changer and Airbus A320 aircraft and will continue to expand by more than 200 aircraft by 2025.   • Carry out PACE (Passenger Cabin Enhancement) and out of phase activities.
  • Carry out rectifications for aircraft interior defects.
  • Carry out special requests for aircraft defects raised by Aircraft Appearance Department and ensure rectifications are reported daily.
  • Assist other Engineering groups.
  • Monitor stock levels of materials required to fulfil duties.
  • Ensure correct reporting procedures are applied and accurate daily reports are logged and sent to Aircraft Appearance Department.
Requirements
  • Aircraft/Car/Maintenance/Cabin Trim experiences an advantage.
  • Willing to work day or/and night shift.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Must have a Full Driving Licence.
  • Able to work to deadlines under pressure.
  • All applicants must have an unrestricted right to work and live in Spain.
