Job summary

Pernod Ricard España is seeking a Commercial Transformation Trainee to support the execution of transformation programs and help the sales organization adopt data-driven tools. You will assist PMO tasks, create training materials, and participate in field visits to capture adoption metrics.

The role offers exposure to analytics, collaboration across Sales, IT, and other functions, and foundational PMO and reporting skills within the beverage sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Master in ADE, Business Administration, Engineering.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Communication and collaboration with Sales, Transformation, Data, IT.
• Experience in Retail/FMCG or Consultancy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support transformation programs – PMO tasks, training materials, field visits, adoption tracking.
• Gather and analyse data to measure effectiveness and help create stakeholder reports.
• Liaise with Sales teams and coordinate with IT and neighbouring functions.
• Learn PMO fundamentals, sales execution, and reporting.
• Develop industry knowledge in the beverage sector and related analytics.
• Build data analysis and communication skills to present program updates.
