Moeve is seeking a results-oriented professional to join the Products Trading Operations Team in Madrid. You will coordinate operational plans, collaborate across logistics for marine and land activities, and drive value through data-driven decisions daily.

The role requires 3–7 years in Commodity Operations with a strong commercial mindset, English fluency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Spanish language skills are a plus.

Formación

• 3–7 years’ proven experience in Commodity Operations or similar.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Shipping or related field.
• Strong business acumen and commercial mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure the operational plan is executed.
• Develop contingency plans for unexpected events and assess options.
• Analyze performance data using platforms like TMS to drive improvements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance ways of working with stakeholders.
• Promote end-to-end value delivery and disciplined execution.
• Operate in line with Moeve Trading's HSEQ guidelines and customer needs.
• Foster inclusivity and empower colleagues to achieve targets.
