Fluidra, a leader in the global pool and wellness industry, is seeking a temporary Import-Export Manager. You will be responsible for managing compliance with customs regulations and supporting import-export processes across international markets. Ideal candidates will have a degree in International Trade and experience in customs operations, with a focus on developing efficient processes and documentation.

Formación

  • High proficiency in English, knowledge of additional languages is desirable.

Mission:

Improve and ensure the management and documentation processes (export-import) within the group.

Control regulatory compliance in customs matters (International).

Your responsibilities:
  • Manage and support document processes related to import-export.
  • Assist Fluidra’s companies in defining product origins.
  • Manage Hscode and product Nomenclature.
  • Ensure compliance with the Unified Customs Code and international import-export regulations.
  • Define and optimize customs and import-export processes.
  • Apply and ensure correct use of preferential treaties.
  • Support companies in customs management specific to each country.
  • Ensure compliance with customs documentation, certifications, and declarations.
  • Assist in customs inspections related to origins, import taxes, customs value, and dutiable value.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a positive attitude and the following:

  • Bachelor’s, master’s, or equivalent degree in International Trade and/or Customs Law.
  • High proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is desirable.
  • International experience in export-import management and/or customs operations.
  • Experience with HS codes, origins, CN8, etc.

Temporary position with the possibility of permanent employment.
