Job summary

Allianz Services is seeking a TP RM Team Lead (m/f/d) to manage the Spain delivery unit providing Third Party Risk Management to Allianz entities worldwide. You will lead a team of TPRM experts, ensure service quality, and align with global governance while performing hands-on TPRM tasks for a designated Allianz entity.

You will work in a hybrid setup across Spain, collaborating with cross-border teams and stakeholders while driving continuous improvement in risk assessments and due diligence

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Business, Law, IT, Risk Management, or Finance with 8–10 years of experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering TPRM assessments, reviews, or audits to clients or stakeholders.
• Experience leading teams of specialists/experts; multi-layer leadership is a plus.
• Background in shared services, delivery centers, or financial services is preferred.
• Working knowledge of TPRM/operational risk frameworks and regulatory context (e.g., DORA).
• High fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Service Delivery Management of TPRM from Spain hub to Allianz entities globally (SLAs, quality, capacity).
• Direct management of a team comprising TPRM experts and team leads; adjust capacity to demand.
• Coordinate governance with Global Service Line and escalate regulatory changes.
• Operate TPRM tools (ORGS, ServiceNow, SAP Ariba) and identify automation opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and represent Spain hub in governance forums.
