A leading refractories company is seeking a Time & Attendance Professional to manage processes for employees in Austria while working from Spain. Responsibilities include monitoring the attendance system, ensuring data compliance with Austrian legal standards, and preparing attendance reports. Your position
In this position your key task will be to efficiently manage time and attendance processes for employees in Austria while working from Spain. Working closely with HR, Payroll and IT departments, you will ensure legal compliance, accurate records, and alignment with global and local policies. Acting as the main contact for all time & attendance matters for the employees you support, you will play a key role in maintaining data integrity and contributing to process improvements.
Your profile
Nice to have: Working experience with Employee Self-Service time-tracking and platforms like ServiceNow, SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors
