GMV is expanding its defence sector technical support team to handle incidents and commissioning for cross-domain products in high-security environments. You will collect customer needs, contribute to platform deployments, and support infrastructure designs across multiple security domains.

We seek technicians with communications infrastructure or cybersecurity experience and English (B2). Networking, Windows/Linux, virtualization, and cybersecurity knowledge are desirable for this role.

Formación

• Technicians with experience in communications infrastructure and/or cybersecurity with English (B2).
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, firewalling, networking equipment, and virtualization.
• Interest in cybersecurity and willingness to learn and adapt in high security environments.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve incidents related to cross-domain products deployed in high security environments.
• Assist in commissioning of products and gather customer needs for improvements.
• Contribute to deployment and updates of platforms, mock-ups and prototypes, supporting design and infrastructure for cross-domain products.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

You will participate in the resolution of incidents related to our products deployed in high security environments. You will participate in the commissioning of the products and you will be in charge of collecting the customer's needs and proposals for improvement.

You will also contribute to the deployment and update of platforms, mock-ups and prototypes, supporting the design, deployment and support of infrastructures associated with Cross-Domain products.
