Team and Hiring
The team is responsible for the entire lifecycle management for the CSA Wifi / hotspot platform. The WLAN CSA Squad (consisting of 11 team members) holds the end‑to‑end responsibility for the WLAN CSA platform. We are looking for 3 System Engineers, 1 project manager and 2 test managers to join our team for the WLAN CSA platforms. You will be working closely with our developers and partners to design, integrate, deploy, monitor and troubleshoot the platform.
Activity description and concrete tasks
- Being responsible for the entire lifecycle management of the CSA test and ref environment
- Identification, documentation and structuring of new test cases
- Responsibility for the overall coordination of test concepts, test specifications and test cases in various test fields
- Integration, adoption and extension of existing test cases to the new automation environment (CI / CD and behave)
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enable end‑to‑end test coverage
- Troubleshooting in the test‑and ref environment
- Support developers by identifying and troubleshooting errors during testing
- Supply vendor with technical details about current issues (logs traces .)
- Support / start / lead software improvement initiatives
- Ensure efficient compute resource usage of the tested software components
- Prepare and support the rollout in the production environment
- Steering / escalating cases to ensure quality and proper functionality
- Willingness to participate in an on‑call duty (7

Qualifications : Mandatory skills
- Basic understanding of C and Java for analyzing the specific error logs
- Knowledge in troubleshooting of IPv4 / IPv6 networks and protocols such as TCP UDP Radius HTTP and tracing tools (e.g. Wireshark)
- Working experience with Linux‑based operating systems and the virtualization or containerized solutions based on them
- Fundamental knowledge with DevOps and CI / CD tools (GitLab Artifactory Helm Flux and monitoring systems like Grafana Promtail Prometheus
- Experienced in programming with Python for implementing testcases in behave
- Strong quality awareness and ability to work independently
- Good English skills both written and spoken basic German skills would be advantageous
