El candidato ideal tendrá un grado en Electrónica o similar, y será responsable de diseñar y desarrollar equipos de prueba para sistemas de defensa. Formación

• Mínimo de 4 años de experiencia en diseño de sistemas de prueba.
• Certificaciones en LabVIEW, TestStand, IPC o Six Sigma son un plus.
• Experiencia en pruebas ambientales y compatibilidad electromagnética (EMC).

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar equipos de prueba para sistemas de defensa.
• Programar y mantener software de prueba para automatización.
• Preparar documentación técnica: planes de prueba, procedimientos, informes de validación.

We are looking fora Test Equipment Design Engineer (Optronics) to join an important Project located in Valdepeñasin on-site position job modality.

What are we looking for?

• An/a Test Equipment Design Engineer (Optronics), with at least 4years of experience.
• Availability to join a stable project in Valdepeñas.
• Titulation:Degree in Electronic, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Mode of telework: on-site position

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronic, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in designing test systems for electronics, preferably in defense, aerospace, or automotive sectors.
• Knowledge of communication protocols (CAN, RS-232, Ethernet, SPI, I2C).
• Proficiency in test development tools (LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, C/C++).
• Familiarity with standards IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461.
• High level of technical English (minimum B2).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
• Experience in environmental testing (vibration, temperature, humidity) and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).
• Certifications in LabVIEW, TestStand, IPC or Six Sigma.
• Knowledge of design methodologies for testability (DfT) and maintainability (DfM).
• Experience in ESD environments and clean rooms.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Design, develop, and implement test equipment (Test Benches, Fixtures, Interfaces) for electronic defense systems.
  Define functional, environmental, and reliability validation strategies for electronic equipment (PCBs, modules, integrated systems).
• Program and maintain test software (LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, C/C++) for test automation.
• Integrate measurement instruments (oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, logic analyzers) into automated test environments.
• Prepare technical documentation: test plans, procedures, validation reports, traceability matrices.
• Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure test coverage from development through to mass production.
• Ensure compliance with MIL-STD, IPC, ISO 9100 standards and specific customer requirements in the defense sector.
