Daikin Europe in Madrid seeks a Test Engineer to strengthen testing across our software products. You will lead test initiatives, design scalable automation and integrate testing into the development lifecycle.

The role requires a master’s degree in software development, hands-on work with Windows/Mac/Linux, embedded software experience, and strong Python skills. You will mentor teammates and drive quality improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Hold a master's degree in software development or a related field.
• Experience in network security and cross-platform testing.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with test automation tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and collaborate on initiatives to improve test coverage and release velocity.
• Work closely with development teams to integrate testing into the software development lifecycle.
• Design and implement scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on testing best practices.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues, identifying root causes and proposing effective solutions.
