Wilhelmsen Holding ASA in Terrassa, Spain, is seeking a Supply Coordinator to join our Marine Products team. You will coordinate customer orders, manage product availability, and liaise with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Based in the Terrassa office, you will report to the Operations Manager. The role requires strong organisation, proactive communication, and the ability to work in a multinational environment. English proficiency is essential.

Formación

• Degree or qualification in Commerce or Transport and Logistics.
• Experience in supply coordination, logistics or a similar role.
• Good command of computer tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good level of English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of French or Portuguese will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organisational, communication and coordination skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate customer orders and follow up on product availability, lead times and delivery status.
• Follow up on quotations and orders await approval.
• Process orders, including non-available items, and coordinate incoming purchase orders and ETA dates.
• Process shipments and coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, dispatch and service providers.
• Provide Customer Service with updated information on availability, delays, charges and delivery status.
• Place purchase orders with suppliers and subcontractors when required.
• Provide the warehouse with accurate delivery information, including time and place of delivery.
• Prepare cost information for invoicing and create invoices for completed orders when required.
• Maintain relevant reports and documentation.
• Support other departments with stock and purchase orders as needed.
