Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Tender Analyst in Madrid to coordinate end-to-end public tender submissions, ensuring compliance across commercial, technical, legal, and pricing requirements.

You will act as the central liaison between Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, Legal, and tender authorities, driving on-time delivery while navigating evolving procurement regulations in Spain. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

• 3+ years of experience in tender management, contracting, bid management, procurement, or healthcare market access.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience coordinating across multiple business functions.
• Ability to interpret tender specifications and contractual documentation.

About the Role

The Tender Analyst is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end public tender submission process, ensuring that all commercial, technical, legal, and pricing requirements are fulfilled accurately and on time. The role acts as the central point of coordination between Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, Legal, and external tender authorities to maximize compliance and win rates while reducing administrative burden on commercial teams.

Key Challenges

• Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders with competing priorities.
• Maintaining pricing consistency while adapting to local tender requirements.

Must-Have Skills
