IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, and nutrition, is seeking a Sales Support professional to join our Barcelona team in a hybrid role. You will work closely with Account Managers to manage price lists, forecasts, and customer documentation while coordinating with Customer Service and manufacturing to ensure timely order releases.

Qualifikationen

• University degree required.
• 1–3 years of Sales Support or manufacturing operations experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple customer accounts.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; SAP or similar systems experience.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.

Aufgaben

• Support Account Managers with price lists, forecasts, docs, quotations, and sampling.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and plants to ensure on-time order releases.
• Harmonize processes with regional customer service teams.
• Analyze sales tracking reports for forecast accuracy.
• Receive and follow up on customer complaints and resolutions.
• Ensure activities comply with customer contracts.
• Attend customer meetings with Account Managers to support needs.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in service.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Quality, Planning, Finance, and Customer Service teams.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Support Account Managers through managing consolidated price lists, forecasts, product documentation, customer quotations, and sampling requests.
• Coordinate with Customer Service teams and manufacturing plants to ensure timely completion of activities required for order release.
• Collaborate with customer service teams across regions to harmonize processes and ensure consistency.
• Analyze sales tracking reports to monitor forecast compliance and identify discrepancies impacting sales performance.
• Receive and follow up on customer complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with customer contracts and agreements.
• Participate in customer meetings alongside Account Managers to support customer needs and strengthen relationships.
• Monitor service performance through KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate effectively with Regulatory, Quality, Planning, Finance, and Customer Service teams to deliver exceptional customer support.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• University degree.
• 1-3 years of Sales Support experience and/or manufacturing operations experience.
• Experience prioritizing, coordinating, and managing multiple customer accounts.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Experience working with SAP or similar business systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
