Job summary

Louis Vuitton in Madrid is seeking a full-time temporary In-Store Visual Merchandiser to ensure the consistency, quality and sophistication of VM across all product categories, with a commercial approach, and to support the sales team as needed.

The role involves collaborating with Store staff, defining product zoning, installing products, executing VM concepts for events, and maintaining retail standards daily in line with LV guidelines. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Visual Merchandising background with 2/3 years of experience.
• Experience with multicategory brands, including RTW.
• English fluent; other languages considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Store Director/Manager on Sales trends and VM guidelines.
• Elaborate store zonings for each product category with Product Specialists and Store Managers.
• Prepare product lists for new launches and install products per guidelines.
• Implement VM concepts for events and support related actions.
• Take photos of walls/hangers/tables for rotations and report to Country-Area VM.
• Check sales performance and adjust zoning with store team and Country-Area VM.
• Share VM directives with Client Advisors and stores teams.
• Maintain daily VM standards and ensure LV lighting, props, and presentation meet LV guidelines.
