Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Reporting Analyst for a six-month temporary assignment at the Vitoria Business Services site. The role handles accounting and financial reporting tasks under US GAAP and local rules, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

You will work with global and regional teams, manage intercompany, cost accounting, fixed assets, reconciliations, and HFM reporting, and support local statutory accounts and CBCR requirements.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years in Control / Reporting / service integration environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Fluent in English with strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP and local accounting.
• Agile mindset and focus on accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Execute Financial Reporting tasks assigned by VCC Supervisor.
• Handle accounting, analysis and reporting in US GAAP and local GAAP.
• Perform cost accounting and inventories reconciliation.
• Record S&D and G&A accruals and reconcile accounts.
• Prepare HFM or other region/sector reporting requirements.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions and maintain backups.
• Analytical review of intercompany loans and cash flow.
• Support local statutory accounts and CBCR requirements.
