Job summary

PepsiCo seeks a Tech Venturing & Innovation Sr. Analyst to drive cutting-edge technology partnerships and rapid pilot onboarding. You will manage cross-functional programs with HR, legal, security, and finance; craft briefs for new capabilities; and evaluate startups with data-driven methods.

You will be the internal ambassador for PepLabs, surfacing best-fit solutions and emerging tech trends. You will lead the startup use case research and collaborate with senior leadership to steer capability

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Experience/exposure in technology and digital innovation.
Knowledge of PepsiCo’s businesses.
Experience in HR functional areas.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
Strong teamwork, professionalism, and interaction with all management levels.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional execution of strategic tech innovation programs with departments and support functions.
Partner with project leaders to create project deliverables.
Develop briefs for new technical capabilities.
Evaluate startups or other solutions using data-based approaches and drive the cross-functional selection process.
Lead the rapid pilot onboarding process and own vendor management.
Lead startup use case research and evaluation of solution fit to use case.
Be the face of PepLabs and source the best emerging tech solutions.
Build use case assessment criteria to evaluate startup technology and overall fit.
Engage cross-functional SMEs input to assessment criteria and provide thought partnership to partners and executives.
Maintain external mindset by tracking consumer, competitive, and macro trends.
Lead project management across the team and support governance and reporting.
