A leading pharmaceutical company in Valencia is seeking a Production Support Specialist to assist in manufacturing processes and ensure product quality. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering or equivalent, fluent Spanish, and 1-3 years of relevant experience. This role involves monitoring production lines, maintaining records, and training new employees in compliance with GMP regulations.

Formación

The challenge

Perform all support tasks necessary to carry out the manufacture of the batch at the various stages of manufacture of pharmaceutical products in a production line, in order to verify that the work is done properly, the production process is correct, and the product meets the quality requirements.

Support the continuous improvement plan for the production processes

Specific Responsibilities
  • Monitor the quality of output to identify and discard faulty products.
  • Should any incident be detected, conduct research, report deviations and modifications to find out what happened, what the reason was, etc., in order to solve the problem.
  • Maintain accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed and check yields, balance of materials and process documentation.
  • Monitor the status of production lines : situations of underemployment of the lines, delays, current products in the line, etc.
  • Train new personnel on procedures and processes in the area for proper use of the equipment.
  • Propose improvements to the operation, equipment and facilities.
  • Support the optimization plan to improve the production processes.
  • Train the new incorporations in the specific activities and functions of the position in which you are an expert.
Requirements and personal skills
  • Education : Engineering or equivalent, degree in Chemicals, Biology, Vocational training.
  • Languages : Fluent Spanish, English is a plus.
  • Experience (years / area) : 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Specific Knowledge : GMP regulations.
  • Travels : Open to travel occasionally.
  • Personal skills : Ability to work both in a team and autonomously, dynamism and multitasking, ability to work under pressure (tight deadlines) and to solve problems.
  • Turn shifts : Availability to work in shifts M-T-Partido.
