Job summary

Atlas Copco Group in Spain invites applicants for an Operations Intern program starting January 2027. Interns will work on high-impact projects in Fulfilment-like environments across multiple sites in Spain, gaining exposure to data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Currently in your penultimate or final year and pursuing a university degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or another related field.
• Eligible to complete a full‑time internship of 3‑6 months.
• Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and the local language of the country you are applying for (CEFR C1).

Responsibilities

• Completing high‑priority projects to the highest standard, delivering results.
• Analyzing data to identify operational challenges and opportunities.
• Proposing and testing solutions, collaborating to implement the best option.
• Developing communication and teamwork by working with managers, stakeholders, and associates.
• Be on the move within the building to engage with teams; participate in briefs and flow meetings.
• Navigate the workspace and move between areas as needed.
• Work flexible schedules and shifts; relocation may be required.
