Amazon Spain Fulfillment, S.L.U. is seeking candidates for an Operations Internship starting January 2027. Interns will join a fast-paced Fulfillment Center environment, gaining exposure to end-to-end operations across multiple sites in Spain.

You’ll work on high-priority projects, analyze data for process improvements, and collaborate with managers and frontline teams. The program includes learning sessions, intern community, and relocation support for eligible candidates.

Formación

• Penultimate or final year university student pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or related field.
• Eligible to complete a full-time internship of 3–6 months.
• Highly proficient in English and local language (CEFR C1).

Responsabilidades

• Completing high-priority projects to the highest standard, delivering results.
• Analyzing data to identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Proposing and testing solutions, collaborating with the team to implement the most effective ones.
• Developing communication and teamwork skills by working with managers, stakeholders, and frontline associates.
• Be on the move within the building to engage with various teams and learn through pre-briefs, flow meetings and leadership discussions.
• Navigate the workspace and move between areas as needed for the role.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work various schedules and shift patterns.
• Potential relocation to the designated work location.
