Airzone is seeking a UI Designer to craft high‑fidelity screens from UX flows and wireframes, ensuring visual coherence across web and mobile. You will build and maintain design system components, tokens and guides, and collaborate with UX, development and content teams to ensure faithful implementation and strong brand alignment.

Required is a degree in design or similar, plus UI design training and at least 2 years of experience in digital product interfaces.

We are looking for someone who wants to drive our growth in Campania and Calabria, with autonomy, commercial vision and a desire to make their mark..Purpose of the position Design the visual interface of Airzone's digital products, translating UX flows into attractive, usable and coherent screens with the brand identity, and contributing to the design system. Functions and tasks INTERFACE DESIGN (UI) • Design high-fidelity screens based on UX flows and wireframes. • Apply visual hierarchy, typography, color, iconography and spacing with criteria. • Design states, components and visual interaction patterns. • Adapt the design to different sizes and devices (responsive/adaptable design). DESIGN AND COHERENCE SYSTEM • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the design system (components, tokens, guides). • Guarantee visual coherence between the website, App and thermostats. • Ensure the application of the brand manual in the digital product. ASSETS AND DELIVERY TO DEVELOPMENT • Prepare and organize assets and design specifications (handoff). • Collaborate with Development to ensure implementation faithful to design. • Review the implementation (visual QA) and iterate. COLLABORATION AND ITERATION • Collaborate with UX in the definition of solutions and with UX Contents in the integration of microcopy. • Participate in tests and apply improvements based on feedback. • Explore UI trends and propose visual improvements. INTERNAL PROCEDURES • Document UI decisions and good practices. • Know and apply the established internal quality processes. • Propose improvements in internal processes to gain efficiency globally. Job relations Regular dialogue with: UX Design team (Alfonso) and UX Content (Mery) for product coherence, Development (handoff and implementation), Graphic Design (brand coherence), Product and Marketing. Required training • Degree in Design (Graphic/Digital/Product), Fine Arts, Multimedia Engineering or similar. • Specific training in UI Design or digital product design. Qualities / Specific training • Mastery of Figma and the design suite. • Visual design: typography, color, layout, iconography and design systems. • Responsive design and UI patterns on web and mobile (iOS/Android). • Notions of UX and accessibility. • English level B1 (valuable); attention to detail and aesthetic sensitivity.
