Una empresa líder en energías renovables busca Técnico de Aprovisionamiento para su Departamento de Cadena de Suministro. Las responsabilidades incluyen seguimiento del plan de compras, control de riesgos y mejora continua. Se requiere experiencia en Supply Chain y dominio del inglés y español. Esta posición es clave para garantizar el funcionamiento eficiente de la planta y calidad en la producción.

Formación

• 3-4 años de experiencia en departamentos de Supply Chain del Sector Industrial (Fabricación).
• Experiencia en gestión de proyectos valorada.
• Nivel avanzado en Excel y Word requerido.

Responsabilidades

• Seguimiento del plan de compras directas y evaluación/control de riesgos asociados.
• Preparación de evaluaciones de riesgos semanales para garantizar materias primas en producción.
• Coordinación con el equipo de Cumplimiento Corporativo y así asegurar la llegada de materiales.

POSITION

We are looking for an Industrial Fulfillment Technician to join our Corporate Supply Chain Department reporting to the Corporate Fulfillment Manager.

The Industrial Fulfillment Technician will be in charge of the follow‑up of the procurement plan for direct purchases, ensuring the reception on time and with the required quality, facilitating the production activity of the plant, controlling and minimizing the associated risks as well as focusing on continuous improvement. Implementation, review, monitoring and improvement proposal of Supply Chain procedures and indicators.

RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)

The position involves the following roles and responsibilities:

• Follow‑up and activation of the process once it is underway (meetings, supplier contact…) as well as evaluation and control of the different risks associated with the process.
• Prepare weekly risk assessment in order to guarantee raw material in production and coordinate action plan if required.
• Organize meetings with suppliers in case it is required and coordinate specific action plan.
• Coordinate with Corporate Fulfillment and Foreign Exchange team for correct material arrival.
• Coordinate with Corporate Foreign Exchange for road freight.
• Coordinate material arrival with warehouse and guarantee that material project is completed.
• Coordinate and purchase material extra for projects and follow up extra material arrival.
• Coordinate missing materials sent from suppliers.
• Coordinate purchases of extra material (project raw material).
• Support and coordinate information required by customers.
• KPIs: review, follow‑up and proposal for updating KPIs and Reporting System (Supply Chain area).
• KPIs: follow‑up of Action Plans to resolve incidents detected in the indicators.
• Follow up on the inspection procedure from Quality related to all project material in order to ensure potential replacements in time.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• 3‑4 years of experience in Supply Chain departments of the Industrial Sector (Manufacturing) – Fulfillment, Demand Planning.
• Experience in Project management will be highly valued.
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering.
• Master Degree in Supply Chain will be highly valued.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (at least B2 level in both languages is required).
• Advanced level Excel and Word.
• Experience with SAP MM will be highly valued.
