• Official Intermediate Level Qualification in Occupational Risk Prevention, per Spanish law.
• 1–2 years of professional H&S experience in industrial or manufacturing settings.
• Solid knowledge of Spanish H&S legislation and risk assessment methods.
• Ability to work autonomously on the shop floor with cross-dept collaboration.
• Proactive, practical, hands-on approach with strong communication.
• English level: minimum B2, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Support the implementation of health & safety policies on site.
• Carry out workplace risk assessments and track preventive actions.
• Conduct safety inspections and participate in audits.
• Support incident investigations and propose corrective actions.
• Deliver H&S training and awareness activities.
• Monitor PPE use and ensure procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to improve safety culture.
• Coordinate external prevention services and safety suppliers.
• Maintain H&S documentation, records and indicators.
• Contribute to continuous improvement within QHSE.

Job Description

We are looking for a H&S Technician to join our QHSE team.

The successful candidate will support the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of the company's Health & Safety Management System across our industrial and manufacturing activities.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the implementation of occupational health and safety policies and procedures in accordance with Spanish legislation and company standards.




• Carrying out workplace risk assessments and supporting the definition and follow-up of preventive and corrective actions.




• Conducting regular safety inspections and participating in internal audits.




• Supporting incident and near-miss investigations, identifying root causes and proposing preventive actions.




• Delivering and coordinating H&S training and awareness activities for employees.




• Monitoring the use of PPE and compliance with safety procedures.




• Collaborating with production, engineering and other departments to promote a strong safety culture.




• Supporting the coordination and follow-up of external prevention services and other H&S-related suppliers.




• Maintaining H&S documentation, records, indicators and reports.




• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives within the QHSE department.

Qualifications

• Official Intermediate Level Qualification in Occupational Risk Prevention, in accordance with Spanish legislation.

• 1–2 years of professional experience in Health & Safety, preferably in an industrial, manufacturing or engineering environment.

• Good understanding of Spanish occupational health and safety legislation and basic risk assessment methodologies.




• Ability to work autonomously on the shop floor while effectively collaborating with different departments and external stakeholders.




• Proactive, practical and hands-on approach, with good communication and interpersonal skills.




• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.




• English level: minimum B2, both written and spoken.
