Formación

  • Experience in installation, configuration, and support of Cisco videoconferencing systems.
  • Ability to resolve hardware and software incidents in the workplace.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft environments including Windows, Office 365, and basic Active Directory management.
  • Understanding of LAN/WiFi networks and firewalls.
  • Experience in using ticketing and monitoring tools for incidents.

VIP Support Technician (Cisco Videoconferencing, Microsoft)

You will join our talented and enthusiastic team, working for one of our main clients. Your role will involve providing on-site and remote support to VIP users, managing and maintaining Cisco videoconferencing systems, and collaborating with the IT support team to resolve incidents in Microsoft environments.

But that's not all! You will also have the opportunity to participate in other projects related to cybersecurity involving networks and firewalls.

To be eligible for this position, you should have the following knowledge and experience:

  • Cisco videoconferencing systems: installation, configuration and support in executive environments.
  • Resolution of hardware and software incidents in the workplace (laptops, peripherals, printers).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft environments: Windows, Office 365, Outlook, Teams and basic Active Directory management.
  • Networks and security: basic knowledge of LAN / WiFi networks and firewalls.
  • Experience with ticketing and monitoring tools for incident management and tracking.

High level of English, both spoken and written.
