A leading engineering and innovation company in Tres Cantos is seeking a VIP Support Technician to provide on-site and remote support for VIP users. The role involves managing Cisco videoconferencing systems, resolving incidents in Microsoft environments, and participating in cybersecurity projects. Ideal candidates should have strong technical knowledge and a high level of English proficiency. You will join our talented and enthusiastic team, working for one of our main clients. Your role will involve providing on-site and remote support to VIP users, managing and maintaining Cisco videoconferencing systems, and collaborating with the IT support team to resolve incidents in Microsoft environments.
But that's not all! You will also have the opportunity to participate in other projects related to cybersecurity involving networks and firewalls.
To be eligible for this position, you should have the following knowledge and experience:
High level of English, both spoken and written.
Working model and 8 weeks per year of teleworking outside your usual geographical area.
