An international hotel group is seeking a Technical Budget Manager EMEA to coordinate hotel renovations and manage budgets. Ideal candidates will have a tertiary qualification in Engineering or Technical Architecture and at least 4 years of relevant experience, along with proficiency in Excel, Arquimedes, and AutoCAD. Formación

Role Mission

The main mission of the Technical Budget Manager EMEA is to coordinate and supervise all the budgets and schedules of the complete works and renovations of hotels across EMEA, documenting every phase of the works from planning to closeout.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, estimate, and manage the technical and economic aspects of assigned works.
  • Define scope and estimate budgets during the project phase, coordinating with other departments.
  • Organize human, material, equipment, and subcontractor resources.
  • Establish a procurement and execution schedule.
  • Provide support for budget control during construction, documenting changes and economic deviations.
  • Follow up and closeout “as built” and administrative closeout, obtaining economic closeout for future cost estimates.
  • Archive final construction documentation and deliver to the hotel.
  • Supervise and comply with the construction Sustainability Plan.
  • Maintain an updated price unit base for rapid economic estimations.
  • Propose technical solutions to undefined project requests.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Technical Architecture.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar or identical role.
  • Demonstrable experience in a construction study department.
  • Experience in large hotel projects and renovations.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Arquimedes, AutoCAD and similar tools.
  • High English proficiency (minimum B2). French will be a plus.
  • Availability to travel and relocate for temporary periods.
