An international hotel group is seeking a Technical Budget Manager EMEA to coordinate hotel renovations and manage budgets. Ideal candidates will have a tertiary qualification in Engineering or Technical Architecture and at least 4 years of relevant experience, along with proficiency in Excel, Arquimedes, and AutoCAD. The main mission of the Technical Budget Manager EMEA is to coordinate and supervise all the budgets and schedules of the complete works and renovations of hotels across EMEA, documenting every phase of the works from planning to closeout.
