Organic Social Media Marketing Expert
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an engaging social media content strategy that will help us attract talent and businesses in the restaurant & hospitality industry.
- Create engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Produce high‑quality social media posts, including text, images, and video material.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance and adjust approach to maximize results.
- Ensure consistent messaging and visuals on all social media platforms.
- Grow OysterLink’s Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok through consistent, high‑quality content tailored to hospitality professionals.
- Create on‑camera content for social media, site, and other channels.
- Drive qualified traffic from social channels to the OysterLink site by sharing real stories, behind‑the‑scenes content, and industry insights that spark conversation.
- Strengthen community loyalty by actively engaging with followers, candidates, and brands in the hospitality space.
- Use analytics to track performance, identify top‑performing formats, and continuously refine the organic social strategy.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Proven track record of growing brands organically – through pages you have managed, with measurable results to show.
- Confidence and experience in creating on‑camera content – comfortable filming yourself and delivering engaging video material for social media.
