Official University Master's in Cellular and Molecular Biology (2 points per master's degree, up to a maximum of 2 points).
Specialized training in systems biology and biomolecular engineering (1 point per accredited specialization, up to a maximum of 2 points).
Proven experience in molecular biology techniques (PCR, electrophoresis, molecular cloning, DNA/RNA extraction and purification) (1 point per year of accredited experience, up to a maximum of 1 point).
Experience in curation, organization, integration, and interpretation of bioinformatics data and functional analysis. (1 point per year of accredited experience, up to a maximum of 1 point).
Participation in competitive scientific research projects, national or international, (1 point per accredited participation, up to a maximum of 1).
The aforementioned requirements must be accredited through an official certificate from the competent authority or a responsible declaration.

Based on the points obtained in the merits assessment, at least the top three candidates will be selected for a personal interview where communication skills, work aptitude, and abilities will be evaluated, with a maximum of 3 points. Only candidates who score at least 50% of the assessable merit points will be eligible for the interview stage. After the position is awarded, if the selected candidate declines the contract, the hiring committee may decide to choose the next candidate according to the ranking list.
