Project Description: ERA4Health - Fostering a European Research Area for Health Research (ERA4Health). This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon Europe programme under the grant agreement No 101095426

Lead Researcher: MIRIAM ROL GARCIA

Location: IBIMA Bionand Platform - Located at Malaga Tech Park Headquarters

They must add up to 7 points (experience should be measured in points per year)

1. Experience in clinical research project management, especially multinational clinical trials. It will be valued at 1 point per full year of demonstrable experience (max. 3 points).
2. Training in European R&D&i programs, mainly Horizon Europe and European partnerships. It will be valued at 0.2 points for every 10 hours of accredited training (max. 1 point)
3. Experience in preparing and/or managing international research projects, especially those funded by European programs (Horizon Europe, IHI, ERA-NET, or others). It will be valued at 0.5 points per year of accredited experience (max. 1 point)
4. Knowledge of the clinical research regulatory framework, including Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and regulatory and ethical processes applicable to clinical trials. It will be valued up to a maximum of 2 points as follows:
   • Accredited training in GCP and/or clinical trial regulation

Specific Requirements

• University degree in Health Sciences, Biomedicine, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, or related fields.
• High level of spoken and written English (B2 certificate or at least 6 months international stay demonstrating English as the working language).

Annual gross salary: €31,500.00
Estimated duration: 12 months, extendable - The contract is tied to the duration of the project/activity/funding.

Selection process

• Based on the points obtained in the evaluation of merits, at least the three best candidates will be selected to carry out a personal interview where communication skills, work aptitude, and abilities will be assessed, with a maximum of 3 points. Only candidates who obtain at least 50% of the points from the assessable merits will be eligible for the interview phase.
• After the position is awarded and in case the selected candidate declines the contract, the hiring committee may choose to resolve in favor of the next candidate according to the score list.
