A leading AI consultancy in Madrid is seeking an experienced AI Platform Engineer to join a long-term project focused on building and scaling cutting-edge AI infrastructure. You will be involved in productizing Mosaic AI into a governed platform, developing SDKs, and workflows that support advanced model orchestration. Strong expertise in Databricks Mosaic AI, MLflow, and agent development is essential. Passion for AI systems engineering is required.

We’re looking for an experienced AI Platform Engineer to join an exciting long‑term project focused on building and scaling next‑generation AI infrastructure.

In this role, you’ll help productize Mosaic AI into a governed, self‑service platform developing SDKs, templates, and workflows that power multi‑agent AI systems and advanced model orchestration.

Key Skills

• Strong experience with Databricks Mosaic AI, MLflow, and agent development
• Knowledge of RAG architectures, LangChain / LangGraph, and foundation model integration (OpenAI, Anthropic)
• Solid background in Python, PyTorch / TensorFlow, and MLOps best practices
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
