Biopharma Careers is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to support Unified Commerce and Retail Solutions across markets. You will bridge business, data, and IT, contributing to end-to-end processes and scalable retail ecosystems.

Role evolves toward deeper technical ownership, including system architecture, roadmaps, and lifecycle management, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver coherent retail solutions.

Formación

• Education: Relevant degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems.
• 7+ years in a techno-functional role bridging business processes and IT delivery.
• Experience owning systems, roadmaps, lifecycle management and service delivery.
• Experience in global or regional rollouts with multiple stakeholders.
• English fluency is mandatory for business communication.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a bridge between business, data, and IT teams to ensure alignment and end-to-end process consistency
• Support Retail & eRetail capability areas, including Retail Excellence and Perfect Store / Retail Execution
• Translate business needs into end-to-end process flows, functional requirements, and backlogs
• Contribute to global process standardization and support RFIs/RFPs where applicable
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to align on processes, requirements, and delivery sequencing
• Take ownership of technical aspects such as system architecture, roadmaps, and releases
• Collaborate with architecture, integration, data, and delivery teams to ensure coherent solutions
