Formación

Job Description

Key Activities :
  • Disassembly, inspection, and assembly of seals.
  • Assembly and repair of mechanical seals and related cartridges in accordance with John Crane drawings and specifications, including the use of locally produced metallic components and the repair of metallic and non-metallic components as needed.
  • Basic manual processing of components when necessary.
  • Lapping, polishing, and cleaning as needed, following predefined standard procedures.
  • Maintenance management of equipment and service machinery.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing inventory movements.
  • SAP transaction management for independent processing of sales / service orders, from receipt to invoicing.
  • Operational activities following John Crane standards, procedures, and policies.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety standards according to company policies.
Key Accountabilities :
  • Deliver seal repair according to John Crane Standard
  • Follow company procedures and rules
  • Support for the Service Center Manager in the overall management of Service Center activities.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with maintenance of mechanical seals / centrifugal pumps or comparable experience within refining, petrochemical, chemical, power or upstream markets.
  • Familiarity with working on site in the Oil&Gas / Petrochemical environment
  • Customer-service oriented
  • An intermediate or high level of English will be positively valued
