Nordex Group is seeking a Technical Support Specialist OT (m/f/d) to join the Service Department in Madrid. The role involves supporting wind turbine control and OT systems, ensuring high service standards across the fleet, and resolving technical challenges in an international environment.

You will remotely assist field technicians with installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and hardware, ensure uptime and security of OT components, and document technical solutions with

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience on SCADA and Network environments.
• Experience with SQL and communication protocols.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• For foreign qualifications, recognition of the corresponding Spanish degree equivalency is required when applying.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical expertise to support remotely field technicians with installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems for wind turbine control and OT systems.
• Ensure uptime, performance, resource availability, and security of wind turbine OT components and their parametrization (PCMS).
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and respond to outages and other problems.
• Develop and document technical solutions and communicate measures to the requester.

Your Tasks

As part of our growth, we are hiring a Technical Support Specialist OT (m/f/d) to support the Service Department, contributing to the reliable operation and continuous support of wind turbine control and operational technology systems, ensuring high service standards across our fleet and supporting the effective resolution of technical challenges in an international environment by performing the following key tasks:

• Provide technical experise to support in assisting remotely field technicians with installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems software and hardware for the wind turbine's control and OT systems
• Ensure the uptime, performance, resource availability, and security of the wind turbine OT components and their parametrization (PCMS - parameter comparison management system)
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and/or service issues and respond to service outages and other problems
• Develop and document technical solution in incident and communication of the measures to the respective requestor

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience on SCADA and Network environments
• Experience with SQL and communication protocols
• Fluent English language skills
• Willingness to travel
• For foreign qualifications, recognition as the corresponding Spanish degree equivalency is required when applying.
