A prominent renewable energy company in Madrid seeks a skilled technician to manage partner inquiries and provide technical support for battery storage systems. Candidates should have expertise in the solar industry, excellent communication skills, and customer focus. The role includes both remote and on-site diagnostics and the organization of training for partners. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, along with experience with CRM systems.
Handling and documentation (via salesforce) of all partner inquiries, both pre-sales and post-installation, about our battery storage systems and chargers via telephone, chat, and emails
Remote technical diagnosis of the performance of the battery storage systems and charger
On-Site technical diagnosis and support of the battery storage systems and charger
Plan on-site assignments for service technicians for fault clearance and maintenance.
Provide continuous feedback on service processes as well as proposals for improvement.
Organization and execution of technical trainings for sonnen partners
Regular virtual meetings with our Premium Partners in Spain to discuss service-related topics
