Apple Retail in Valencia, Spain, is seeking a Technical Specialist to provide expert technical support and help customers get the most from their Apple products. You will deliver exceptional service and educate customers on repair options while promoting Apple services.

You will stay up to date with Apple products and Genius Bar repair processes, troubleshoot issues, and work with team leaders to address recurring problems, ensuring a welcoming, inclusive environment for all customers.

Formación

• Availability to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store.
• Proficient in the local language, both written and spoken (sign language supported).

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Apple customers.
• Educate customers on repair options and Apple products and services.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve service concerns for select hardware and software.
• Collaborate with team leaders to identify recurring repair issues and communicate feedback to Apple.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and guide customers on product purchases.
• Support customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor.
