Apple Retail is seeking a Technical Specialist to provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers, delivering the exceptional Apple experience. You will educate customers on repair options and guide them through product and service selections with care and empathy.

This role requires the ability to work a schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays in-store, and to stay up to date on Apple products and repair processes while contributing to an inclusive environment.

Formación

• Availability to work a schedule based on business needs including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in local language, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support and skilled troubleshooting for Apple customers.
• Educate customers on repair options and Apple products and services.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve service concerns for select Apple hardware and software.
• Collaborate with team leaders to identify recurring issues and share feedback with Apple.
• Deliver exceptional service and educate customers on how to buy Apple products and services.
