SAS, a leader in analytics software, invites a Technical Support Engineer to join our Hybrid Madrid team. You will provide technical support for SAS 9 and SAS Viya, helping customers troubleshoot complex programming and deployment challenges.

You will diagnose and document issues across Base SAS, CAS, Python, R, Lua, and SQL, and collaborate with R&D, Product Management, and Customer Success to enhance product quality.

Formación

• Experience in software support or customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience with SAS software suites and programming languages.
• Ability to diagnose, debug and communicate technical problems clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for customers using SAS software across SAS 9 and SAS Viya.
• Analyze and document technical problems involving Base SAS, CAS, Python, R, Lua and open-source integrations.
• Communicate progress and manage customer expectations during resolution.
• Collaborate with global teams to improve product quality and customer outcomes.
• Translate technical findings into clear updates for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to knowledge bases, technical notes, and documentation.
• Adhere to security policies and processes in software development.
