Contract Type: Full-time (39h/week) | Schedule: MondayFriday, rotating shifts (09:0018:00 / 10:0019:00)

What Youll Do

Provide first-class technical support to users via phone, email, and chat.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, and Microsoft Windows.

Guide users through solutions in a clear, patient, and professional manner.

Record all interactions and solutions accurately in the system.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical cases.

Ensure every customer interaction reflects empathy, quality, and excellence.

What You Bring

Native-level Portuguese and advanced English (B2+ minimum).

Previous experience in Technical Support, IT Helpdesk, or IT Technician roles.

Training or hands-on experience in Cloud technologies or Microsoft products.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A solution-oriented mindset, critical thinking, and resilience under pressure.
