We are seeking English-speaking Technical Support Advisors to join our on-site team in A Coruña, providing technical assistance for a global leader in software development.

Contract Type: Full-time (39h/week)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users of leading software and cloud-based products.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Ensure high-quality customer interactions with empathy and clear communication.
  • Document cases and solutions in line with company standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to elevate complex cases when necessary.
Requirements
  • C2-level English communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Education or experience in IT technologies, ideally with knowledge of:
    • Cloud technologies
    • Office suite (Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, etc.)
    • Microsoft Windows (a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with critical and logical thinking.
  • Ability to manage diverse customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Valid paperwork allowing employment in Spain
  • Located in A Coruña or available to relocate for this role (relocation support is provided)
