Alstom in Madrid is seeking a Technical Services Manager to drive project delivery and lead engineering and technical design teams. You will manage internal and external resources, coordinate deliverables, and ensure safety standards and certifications where applicable.

• University degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related.
• 10+ years in complex industrial environments (railway, automotive, aerospace).
• 5+ years leading engineering and technical design teams, developing talent and managing capacity/workload.
• Knowledge of design processes, industrialization, change management, and CAD/PLM/PDM environments.
• Advanced English and Spanish are required.

Responsabilidades
