Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) seeks a Field Service Engineer to join the Spain service team in a remote Madrid area role. You will perform installations, maintenance, and training for customers, with travel as needed to service sites and training sessions.

• Must have field service or technical service experience in industrial equipment.
• Fluency in Spanish and good English communication essential.
• Knowledge of vision cameras is a plus and software basics are beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Perform pre-installations, installations, and maintenance on Dover equipment.
• Provide technical training to customers and internal staff as required.
• Complete detailed service reports with parts, time, and fault/solution data.
• Collaborate with Sales to support revenue targets and customer satisfaction.

If you're looking for an international, multidisciplinary and collaborative environment that offers a world of opportunities, come join us at DII.Location: Remote, Madrid areaThe RoleAs Field Service Engineer you will be a part of our technical service team in Spain (in your assigned area), providing technical support to our local customers.You will have an opportunity to develop your professional career in a highly professional environment with innovative equipment.What you will do:Perform pre-installations, installations, and maintenance activities for our equipment.Deliver technical training both internally and externally as required.Complete service reports accurately, noting time confirmation, spare part usage, tasks performed, service product, fault/solution codes, installed base data maintenance (serial number, ink, counter value, functional location), reverse flow, billing block code, and billing request confirmation.Promote MI service solutions to maximize customer uptime and sales growth, maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.Collaborate closely with the Sales team to build strong relationships and assist in achieving revenue targets.Travel to customer sites within your assigned area, with occasional national or international travel for training and meetings.
