Grundfos GmbH in Madrid is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive sales growth by connecting with Building Services installers and serving as a trusted technical adviser for pump solutions in building services.

You will build relationships, guide pump selection for HVAC, water distribution, and collaborate with product management and customer support. Fluency in Spanish and English required, with 4+ years in technical sales; hybrid work arrangement offered.

Formación

• Technical degree or equivalent background in mechanical engineering, building services, or a related field.
• 4+ years in a technical sales or sales engineering role within building services, HVAC, or pump industry.
• Existing network with Building Services installers or similar professionals.
• Fluent Spanish and strong English knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with Building Services installers, acting as their primary Grundfos contact and trusted technical adviser
• Provide expert guidance on pump selection and application for building services, including HVAC, water supply, and pressure boosting systems
• Conduct technical presentations and on-site consultations to support installers in specifying the right Grundfos solutions
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the installer segment to grow regional sales revenue
• Collaborate with internal teams including product management and customer support to resolve technical inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development
