Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Technical Project Manager located in Barcelona. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing technical projects from inception to completion. This involves detailed project planning, resource management, and ensuring that project milestones and deadlines are met. The candidate will work closely with cross‑functional teams, coordinate with external stakeholders, and ensure smooth execution of projects. Additionally, the Technical Project Manager will lead team meetings, resolve technical issues promptly, and provide regular project updates to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Project Management

• Lead proposal preparation and budgeting , ensuring accurate financial forecasts.
• Oversee project execution management , ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Act as the main client‑facing contact for project‑related communications.
• Drive internal coordination between cross‑functional teams.

PMO Governance

• Develop and enforce structural PMO guidelines across the organization.
• Implement Integrated Project Management (IPM) standards.
• Define and maintain global operations guidelines.
• Partner with Finance for productive co‑ownership of project costs, budgets, and profitability.

Operations Leadership

• Lead process realignment initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Redefine and align roles and responsibilities across teams.
• Drive platforms realignment , ensuring tools and systems support operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management and Program Management skills
• Excellent Communication and Team Leadership skills
• Exceptional Analytical Skills
• Experience in managing projects within time and budget constraints
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
