PAL Robotics, based in Barcelona, seeks a Technical Project Manager to oversee the full project lifecycle in an agile environment. You will manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications to deliver high-impact robotics projects.

The role requires a engineering or science degree, 1+ year PM experience, and proficiency in English and Spanish. Agile certification is a plus; periodic international collaboration is expected.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science required.
• PM certification (Agile a plus)
• 1+ years of Project Management experience
• Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages a plus
• Knowledge of ClickUp, Jira, or similar PM software
• Strong teamwork, communication and organizational skills

Responsabilidades

• Create detailed project plans with schedules and resources.
• Monitor progress and update plans; prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
• Align strategic objectives across BU projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders; clarify priorities.
• Maintain regular client communication for updates and inputs.
• Optimize resource allocation and forecast capacity needs.
• Identify and address project risks proactively.
• Maintain organized project documentation and reports.
• Daily use of PM software (ClickUp or similar).
• Collaborate with technical teams on feasibility of innovations.

Job Description

We are looking for a technical project manager who will have the responsibility to manage, supervise and motivate project groups working in an agile environment, to enable them complete assigned tasks within set time, and to deliver top performance. As well as the resources from the BU. The person will work in close contact with managers to follow both, customer projects, internal projects and collaborative projects.

Primary duties

• Manage projects throughout their full lifecycle: creating detailed project plans, including schedules and resource allocation.
• Monitoring and control: Monitor project progress and update plans and schedules as necessary. Prepare progress reports and keep stakeholders informed.
• Align strategic objectives across the different projects of the BU.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders: facilitating refinement/project meetings, clarifying priorities, resolving blockers and ensuring actions and responsibilities are clearly aligned.
• Client communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and gather input.
• Resource management: Optimize the allocation and utilization of project resources, identifying capacity constraints, over-allocation and future resource needs
• Proactively identify and address potential project risks.
• Project reporting: Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation.
• Daily use of project management software (Clickup or similar).
• Innovation Analysis: Collaborate with the technical team to assess the feasibility of innovative projects.

Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Science-related field.
• Project Management certification (Agile is a plus).
• 1+ years of experience in Project Management.
• High level in English and Spanish (other languages such as French are a big plus).
• Knowledge on project management software (ClickUp, Jira, etc)
• Being an excellent team player.
• Good knowledge of Google drive suite (excel, spreadsheets, etc)
• Soft skills: assertiveness, organization, communication, motivation, initiative, autonomy, flexibility, proactivity and conflict-management.

Other valued skills (not mandatory)

• Experience as a Project Manager in technical projects.
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
