Do you have strong experience in the semiconductor industry, leading the technical delivery of complex SoC or ASIC projects? At Aion Silicon, we’re at the forefront of SoC and ASIC innovation — helping our customers take bold, high-impact ideas and turn them into real, production-ready silicon. We are now seeking an experienced Project Technical Lead to play a pivotal role in ensuring the technical success of our programmes across global teams.

Working closely with the Project Manager and Bid Lead, you will define the technical strategy and delivery approach for each project, ensuring that engineering teams execute effectively, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of complex SoC / ASIC projects across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Ensure teams deliver against agreed specifications, timelines, quality, and cost targets.
• Identify, manage, and escape risks and support change control where needed.
• Support project planning and resource allocation with the Project Manager.
• You are a strong technical leader with a successful background delivering SoC or ASIC projects in the semiconductor industry: Architecture, RTL / Front-End, Verification, DfT, Physical Design.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capability, able to drive clarity and performance in teams.
• Confident decision-maker with strong risk management and problem-solving skills.
• Organised, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities.
• Resilient, dedicated, and committed to quality and success.
